Refund Policy

All payments for LeapLearn are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for billing, invoicing, and collecting applicable taxes (including GST) on our behalf. When you subscribe, your payment contract is with Paddle, and your invoice will be issued by Paddle.

Prices displayed on our pricing page are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes (including 18% GST for Indian customers) are calculated and added by Paddle at checkout based on your location. The final amount charged will be shown clearly before you confirm payment.

• Learn — ₹1,299/month or ₹5,999/year (excl. taxes)
• Exam Prep — ₹1,699/month or ₹7,999/year (excl. taxes)

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial on any plan — no credit card required. During the trial you have full access to all features of the plan you selected:

• Learn: All subjects and chapters for SSC 10th Maharashtra or CBSE 10th, unlimited learning sessions, all 3 session modes, spaced repetition, and progress tracking.
• Exam Prep: Everything in Learn, plus 5 full mock papers per month per subject, unlimited subject-wise MCQ practice, and subject-wise performance breakdown.

Because a genuine free trial is available to every user before any charge is made, we consider this a sufficient opportunity to evaluate the product before purchase.

All payments for LeapLearn paid plans are non-refundable. By subscribing you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to try the product for free and are satisfied with its quality and fit for your needs.

• Monthly plans: Cancel any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refund.
• Yearly plans: Cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the annual period. No pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the year.
• Plan changes: You may upgrade or downgrade between Learn and Exam Prep at any time. The change takes effect from the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the price difference when downgrading mid-cycle.

• Duplicate charge: If you were billed twice for the same period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount in full via Paddle.
• Extended outage: If LeapLearn is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected days.

To raise either of these, email billing@leaplearn.ai within 14 days of the incident with your registered email and a brief description. We respond within 3 business days.

Refunds are not issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
