Privacy Policy

We collect your name, email address, date of birth, and the learning activity you do on LeapLearn (topics studied, answers given, session durations). We do not collect payment card data directly — that is handled by our payment processor.

• To personalise your learning path and adapt difficulty over time.
• To send you streak reminders and brain-snack notifications (only if you opt in).
• To comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and GDPR for EU users.

Users under 18 must provide a parent or guardian email at signup. We store this email and flag the account as requiring parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

With your permission, anonymised interaction patterns (not your raw answers) may be used to improve how LeapLearn personalises your learning experience. You can opt out at any time in your Profile → Privacy settings. Opted-out users are excluded entirely.

• Access: View a summary of what we hold about you from Profile → What we store about you.
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Privacy. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
• Correction: Update your name and email in Profile settings at any time.
• Further requests: For a full data export or any other data request, email privacy@leaplearn.ai.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your learning data with third parties for advertising. We use AWS infrastructure (India region where available) and Anthropic's APIs as a content generation processor — only anonymised topic prompts are sent, never your personal details.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can decline cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, but the app will not work without the session cookie.
